Pier Mahieu - French - 30 years
After studying industrial design, I have chosen the way of graphics and graduated from graphic arts to Amiens (Picardy) in 2006. With a double culture, technical and aesthetic, I realized very different work details, illustration, photography ... The image collection, called "Liquid" present in Act 3 was designed from the printing technique dominoterie. These images are taken from a moving liquid, I aim to capture just the overlap between the colors and materials. The origin of this approach is the frustration of not being able to grasp the beauty of a nature constantly in motion. So I wanted to recreate the "magic accidents" and made left free to interpretation.
