SPRUMONT
André
André was born in Sprumont Andenne in 1938. Self-taught, he developed a passion early for drawing and painting. Encouraged by the critics, he decided to devote most of his time to art. Painter, he enlisted in the way of lyrical abstraction and poetic. Meanwhile, he creates by drawing a figurative world populated by strange and grotesque characters. And he looks at the world where despair agrees solitude. He holds several awards and his work is represented in museums, public and private collections, both in Belgium and abroad.
